ブルースクリーンが起こってしまったのですが

質問をさしてもらい
ブルースクリーンということが分かり
(対処の仕方がわかりません)
BlueScreenView
を使い (何個かありましたが数が多かったので何個かはりました)
ブルースクリーンのところを抜き出してみました

ハードディスクのバックアップはとらなくても大丈夫でしょうか

HDDの故障の可能性があります。
データのバックアップをとり、HDD交換されることをおすすめします。

交換する前に、chkdskをかけてみてもよいでしょう。

ただし、データは事前にバックアップをとってください。とどめを刺しかねません。

また、セーフモードで起動できるのであれば、ウイルスに感染しているかもしれませんね。
